Information on the measures applied in relation to Net Neutrality in the provision of our Internet Access services is made available to the general public.

INFORMATION ON IMPLEMENTED NET NEUTRALITY MEASURES
1. Type of Measure: IP Address Management
- Service Associated with the Measure: Fixed Internet Access Service
- Frequency of Application: Permanent
- Additional Informative Parameter: This measure does not affect the normal operation of the Internet access service of our end users.
2. Type of Measure: Content Temporary Storage (CDN)
- Service Associated with the Measure: Fixed Internet Access Service
- Frequency of Application: Permanent
- Additional Informative Parameter: In this measure we store the content as close as possible to the user at the network level and temporarily on the CDN provider's own servers; the contents of our partners are the cache servers of GOOGLE, AKAMAI and CDNETWORK, applied only to the Internet service.
3. Type of Measure: Filtering and/or Blocking of Services and/or Applications at the Subscriber's Request.
